PDBC Re-Branded

Throughout the past year PDBC has gone through a re-branding process which has included an open house, two surveys (general members and Heat-specific), vendor apparel bids and presentations, as well as Team Captain meetings. Results of this process have determined the new club logo and uniforms for the Pickering Dragon Boat Club.

The final logo retains the core of the established PDBC logo, while adding a maple leaf and modifying the paddle shape. This image better represents dragon boat, and connects PDBC with Canada as an international-level club. The new tagline ‘PDBC… building friends and champions‘ reflects both the idea of welcoming and the goal of excellence in the sport.

Due to the successful partnership with Quinte Dragon Boat, a unique ‘Heat’ jersey has been designed to represent this fusion of Pickering and Quinte athletes.
