Off-Season Training Program
Information and registration is now available for Off-Season Training, which runs from September through to April 2012. On-water paddling, Indoor Sport-Specific Circuit Training and Pool paddling sessions are all designed to strengthen and improved your paddling ability for the 2012 season.
